Minutes of the FLT general meeting of September 23, 2025

Dear parents, dear members,

Our annual general assembly started Monday, September 23 at 9 a.m. in person at the high school auditorium and ended with the closing of electronic voting the same day at 8 p.m.

Around forty parents gathered for the presentation of our association and its activities and projects, and we thank them for that.

The general meeting was an opportunity for us to present our results for the past year (financier And moral), our projects for 2025-2026, but also to introduce the candidates for the new board. Once the presentation time was over, we were able to enjoy a friendly moment of sharing around cookies and coffee.

The general meeting marks the election of the new board and therefore the farewell to those who leave us to go towards new horizons!

We thus say goodbye to Pierre-François Vilquin who was part a key member of the FLT board for 10 years, as a representative on the school council, then on the governing council and the board of directors. We warmly thank Pierre-François for his devotion and wish him the best for the future! Emeline Beauchard flies to the United States after a few years in Japan and 3 years within the FLT, notably in the eco-team, the school council and the canteen committee. Céline Jacquemin, in Japan for many years, joined the board last year to lend us a hand and even though she knew that the FLT adventure would only last a year, Céline committed herself fully, particularly in the raffle with the contagious energy we know her for. Pauline De Jesus and Kim N’guyen who also joined the office during their final year in Japan, gave a lot of their time and got involved in a wide variety of subjects: school council, communications, zero forgotten clothes operation, raffle, school party (notably the kimono fashion show for Kim)… Thank you to both of them for their positive energy! Thanks also to Evelyne Etchebehere for her commitment during these two years on the board, by being a representative on the school council and the scholarship council…, thank you to Ariane Roche for her commitment last year on subjects such as the raffle and communication and finally thank you to Junko German and Agathe Chambalu  for their help on the board.

Many thanks to the, , we wish them all the best for the future!
