Nous vous attendons nombreux lors de notre prochaine assemblée générale qui aura lieu le jeudi 22 septembre 2016 de 8h30 à 9h30 dans l’auditorium du LFI Tokyo. Ce jour est férié au Japon, mais tous les élèves du LFI Tokyo auront cours.
Nous vous présenterons le bilan de l’année 2015-2016 et nos projets pour 2016-2017.
Cette AG sera l’occasion d’élire le bureau 2016-2017. Si vous souhaitez être candidat, merci de nous contacter avant le 20 septembre !

Si vous ne pouvez pas participer à l’AG, vous trouverez ci-joint un formulaire de vote par procuration. Vous pourrez ainsi vous faire représenter par l’adhérent de votre choix.
Nous espérons pouvoir échanger avec vous à cette occasion et pourquoi pas susciter quelques vocations ? Nous serions ravis de pouvoir compter sur de nouveaux bénévoles !
Nous vous rappelons également que la date-limite pour un dépôt de demande de bourse en seconde session approche. Vous trouverez tous les renseignements nécessaires ici.

FLT総会のご案内
9月22日(木) 8時30分から9時30分まで、LFI Tokyoの講堂にて、総会を開催いたします。
皆様のご出席をお待ちしております。
当日は、日本の祝日になりますが、 LFI Tokyoの全校生徒は、通常どおりの授業です。
総会では、2015-2016年度の総括および2016-2017年度の計画をご紹介します。
また、2016-2017年度の役員選出が行われます。役員立候補を希望する場合は、9月20日までにご連絡ください。

Invitation to the FLT General Meeting
We welcome you to attend the next General Meeting of our association, which will be held on Thursday September 22nd from 8:30 to 9:30 at the LFI Tokyo auditorium. (National holiday in Japan, but will be a regular school day for all students).
We will present the achievements of the past year (2015-2016) and our projects for the coming one (2016-2017).
This General Meeting will also be the opportunity to elect the 2016-2017 team. If you wish to be a candidate, please contact us before September 20th!
