Dear Parents,

As a reminder, the annual general meeting of the FLT will take place on Monday, September 23rd (a public holiday but a working day at LFI Tokyo) from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. (welcome coffee starts from 8:30 a.m.) in the LFI Tokyo auditorium, followed by a friendly discussion time between parents.

To streamline the presentation on the day of the annual general meeting and allow more time for discussions and questions, you will find attached the moral and financial report of our association, as well as the internal regulations of our committee.

Agenda of the AGM:

• Presentation of the moral and financial report for the 2023-2024 school year and outlook for the 2024-2025 school year (see attachment)
• Approval of changes to the internal regulations (see attachment)
• Presentation of candidates for the 2024-2025 committee (see attachment)
• Various questions

After the presentation of our activities and reports, we will have an open discussion over coffee and snacks. Feel free to come meet us, other parents, and ask any questions you may have about our association or the school. To ensure we have enough treats and coffee, please sign up using this online form. 

The general meeting is open to everyone. However, to vote online, you must be up to date with your membership fee for the 2024-2025 school year. You can join or renew your membership here online  through our website now, or on-site on the day of the event.
