We invite you to our General Assembly which will be held:

📍 LFI Tokyo Auditorium

→ It’s a public holiday, but students have classes that day.

The agenda for the meeting includes:

• A look back at the past year and a review of FLT activities
• A presentation of our financial report
• Outline of projects for the coming year
• Election of the members of the board

And since this public holiday gives us a little time to get together, we suggest extending the morning with a Coffee Workshop

☕ Coffee Workshop: “What events could be planned for 2026-2027?”

📅 Approximately 10:00–11:30
📍 LFI Tokyo Auditorium

From 10:00 am, we invite you to extend the morning with coffee and a snack, on the theme:

“Imagining events for families in 2026-2027”

The objective: to exchange, share experiences and collectively generate new ideas for activities or meetings, for families and their children, from kindergarten to high school.

In small groups, we will reflect on, among other things:

• opportunities to bring families together;
• cultural and linguistic exchanges;
• activities for children;
• ways to open the establishment up more to families or the neighborhood.

The exchanges will then be pooled.

And if some of these ideas inspire you to take them further, the FLT will also need people to bring them to life!

Whether a member or not, this discussion time is open to all parents.

Wednesday, September 23rd is a public holiday : take advantage of this to take the time to get together for these two highlights — to review the past school year and to think together about the one that is beginning.
