Dear parents, dear members,

This year, our general assembly began in person at the high school’s auditorium on Monday, September 23 at 9 a.m. and concluded with the end of the electronic voting on September 24 at 8 p.m.
Around sixty parents gathered for the presentation of our association, its activities, and projects, and we thank them for their attendance.

The general assembly allowed us to present our annual report (financial and moral), our projects for 2024-2025, and also to introduce the candidates for the new board. After the presentations, we enjoyed a friendly moment over small cakes and coffee, kindly prepared by the present board members.

The general assembly marks the election of the new board, and thus farewells to those who are leaving to pursue new endeavors or because their children have graduated!

We warmly thank Severin for his active participation over several years, notably as secretary, André for his involvement in the secondary school, the school council, and inclusive education, Laurent for his role as the association’s treasurer, Stéphanie for her involvement in the secondary school and her always welcome expertise (we keep her on hand as a special advisor), Maxence for his help particularly with communications on social networks, Pierre for his role as secretary and for the time he dedicated to various important projects within the association (including communications, the raffle, the “galette des rois” celebration, and the management of LDE orders), Fabien for his active participation on various topics such as the raffle and LDE, and finally Rodolphe and Frédéric for their involvement in certain projects.

The voting was conducted electronically and ended on Tuesday, September 24 at 8 p.m., officially closing the General Assembly. All members who were up to date with their 2024-2025 membership dues received an email to vote on the following:

• The moral report
• The financial report
• The candidates for the new board
• The new internal regulations
• The unchanged membership fee (1,000 JPY/year/family).

Voting results:
– 164 member families as of September 23, 2024, were invited to vote. The participation rate was 48.78%.
– The moral report, financial report, membership fee, and new internal regulations were approved.
– As for the board election, we had 21 candidates for 20 seats as per our statutes. Here are the 20 candidates who received the most votes and who will constitute the association’s board for the 2024-2025 year (R = renewal and N = new member).
