back to school & AGM
Dear FLT Members,
Summer is coming to an end and soon it will be back-to-school time!
We strongly advise you to fill out / update the LFIT survey regarding your children personal information – not later than Thursday, September 1st.
Friday, September 2nd is the first day of classes for the students, the schedule is available on the LFIT webpage. The parents association (FLT-Fapée) will be delighted to meet with you and answer whichever questions you might have.
If you wish to support the FLT-Fapee, we will also be happy to assist you registering your membership (500 yen only! – valid for the school year 2016-2017).
You will find us next to the LFIT’s parking lot on:
– Friday, September 2nd, from 8 to 9 am
– Monday, September 5th, from 8 to 9 am
Our AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held on Thursday, September 22nd (bank holiday but it is a school day for the students), from 8:30 am (1hour) in the LFIT’s Auditorium.
We will present our activity report and balance sheet for the year 2015-2016.
At that time, you will also be given the opportunity to vote for the FLT committee members (school year 2016-2017).
To be able to vote, we kindly remind you that you need to have a valid FLT-Fapee membership- if you haven’t at the time of the vote- no big deal! You will be able to register on site, on the day of our AGM.
