Dear all,

This year the school community will update the LFI Tokyo School plan for the period 2018-2021.

The School Head, Mr Exelmans, is offering us to contribute to this plan as parents.

Let’s discuss together and collaborate: the LFI Tokyo’s parents association needs you.

As a first step we will assess the previous School Plan that was structured along the following axis:

Axis 1 / Master native as well as foreign languages

Axis 2 / Learn differently, sports, science, art, culture, supporting the deepening of the learning process

Axis 3 / Welcome, accompany, educate

Axis 4 / Open the school to the outside world and environment

Please find attached the tables to assess the previous School Plan (2014-2017). Please complete those with your comments and send them back before 6 October 2017.

In October we will hold 3 workshop meetings to discuss and define the 3 main axis of the new school plan. We will work in small groups:

• Thursday 12 October 09:00 – 12:00 at LFIT
• Saturday 14 October 10:00 – 12:00 at LFIT
• Thursday 19 October 20:00 – 22:00 in Mejiro (exact place TBC)

We need 4 teams made of 3-5 people to coordinate the workshops and lead the discussion:

• 1 team per orientation axis (total 3)
• 1 team for the overall summary
